For Bookings

All bookings made via Booking Request Form or by Email require a minimum of 36 hours notice prior to your Pick up.

We accept Credit Card payments

Pick-Up from your Address:

Please be ready at least 5 minutes before the pick up time.

Waiting charges apply if driver has to wait for late passengers.

 

Pick-Up from the Airport:

We don't make you wait. Our drivers are ready at the Bus Holding Area and monitoring all arrivals.

Domestic Terminals T2 & T3:

Driver with "Name sign" will collect the passengers 25 minutes after the Arrival at the Luggage Carousel assigned to their Flight INSIDE of the Arrival Hall.

 

International Terminal T1:

Clients or Groups up to 13 people: We offer a complimentary "Meet & Greet" service for all booked vehicles up to 13 people. Driver with "Name sign" will meet you 45 minutes after the Arrival just outside of the Custom exit (Gate A or B as per your assigned Flight) INSIDE the arrival hall. If you plane happens to be early, simply remain in this area.

Clients or Groups 14+ people (Buses & Coaches):  the Driver with "Name sign" will meet the passengers 1 hour after the Arrival at the "Bus & Coach Meeting Point" located OUTSIDE of the Mc Donald's Restaurant- green sign on the wall "Bus & Coach Meeting Point" adjacent to the McDonalds entry/exit doors. (Turn right after clearing the Customs and follow the signs "Buses"). If you wish the driver to Meet & Greet the large groups we do offer a "Meet & Greet" service for an extra $50 (Groups 14+ people).

 

 

 

 

ShuttleMate track all Flights live online and regularly so we know about any delays or early landings. If your Flight is earlier you will have to still wait for a SCHEDULED pick up time. In case that your Flight is delayed, we will just adjust the pick up time. In case of significant delays please have your mobile phone switched on or contact us to find out the next available pick up time.
