Q. What locations do you operate from?
A. ShuttleMate® and UltiMate Executive Transfers primarily operates private airport transfers on the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane (only between Brisbane and Sunshine Coast) and Sydney. We do offer service at Gold Coast via our Affiliate Company

Q:  How far in advance should I book?
 A: As availability changes daily, we suggest that you make your booking as soon as your travel dates and times are confirmed. This can be done up to 12 months in advance and is recommended for special occasions or events. 

Q: Can we make additional stops or pickups?
 A: Additional stops or pickups may increase the distance travelled and may also incur a waiting time charge. We charge $20 for each additional stop.

Q: Does ShuttleMate provide Child restraints?
 A: Yes. We provide Rear-facing baby seats, Child seats and Boosters for a small fee. They can be selected on the website reservation form when making your reservation

Q: Will I be charged waiting time if my flight is delayed?
 A: No. We monitor your flight to ensure that your driver will be there when your flight arrives.

Q: How do we meet our driver for pick-up at the airport? (All transfers must be pre-booked and pre-paid in advance)
 A:  Sydney International Terminal T1 (vehicles up to 9 seats)- It takes about one hour to clear immigration and customs. Your driver will park and get in 50 minutes after your flight’s arrival and will be waiting with a ‘Name sign’ at The Exit Gate assigned to your flight inside the arrival hall.
Sydney International Terminal T1 (vehicles up to 13 seats)- It takes about one hour + to clear immigration and customs. Your driver will park and get in 60 minutes after your flight’s arrival and will be waiting with a ‘Name sign’ at The Exit Gate assigned to your flight inside the arrival hall.
  Sydney International Terminal T1 (Buses & Coaches from 14 seats +)-  For larger groups your driver will arrive to holding area outside of the Airport 1.5 hours after your flight’s arrival. Please call driver once  you are ready to board the bus at the Bus & Coach parking located opposite to Rydges Hotel 
    Sydney  Domestic Terminals T2, T3 (vehicles up to 13 seats)-  Your driver with a ‘Name sign’ will meet you 25 minutes after your flight’s arrival at the Luggage Carousel assigned to your flight inside the arrival hall
    Sydney  Domestic Terminals T2, T3 (Buses & Coaches from 14 seats +)-  Your coach will arrive 30 minutes after your flight’s arrival to the Bus & Coach parking bay located outside of the Terminal

Brisbane International Terminal (vehicles up to 13 seats)– Your driver with a ‘Name sign’ will meet you 40 minutes after your flight’s arrival between the Custom exit doors and The Coffee Club inside the Arrival Hall
Brisbane Domestic Terminals (vehicles up to 13 seats)– Your driver with a ‘Name sign’ will meet you 15 minutes after your flight’s arrival at THE LUGGAGE CAROUSEL assigned to your flight INSIDE the arrival Hall.

Sunshine Coast Airport (vehicles up to 13 seats)- Your driver with a ‘Name sign’ will meet you 10 minutes after your flight’s arrival at the Luggage Carousel area inside the arrival hall.
